Richard Gratton

Richard Gratton has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Richard is currently serving as the VP R&D, Applications & Design at Alegeus since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intralinks for 6 years, where they held multiple VP roles, including VP, Strategy & Transformation, VP, R&D Agility, VP, Agility & Product Design, VP, Product Management, Applications, and VP, Technical Product Management. Before Intralinks, Richard worked at Avid Technology as the Director of Product Management, Platform from December 2009 to August 2015. Richard also served as the Director of Product Management at Xtranormal from May 2007 to September 2009. Richard started their career at Autodesk, Inc. as a Product Designer and later worked as an Instructional Designer from September 1998 to May 2007.

Richard Gratton has a Master's degree in Philosophy from KU Leuven, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English & Philosophy from McGill University, from 1992 to 1996. Richard also attended Marianopolis College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a DEC (Degree of Collegial Studies). In addition to their academic education, Richard has obtained several professional certifications in Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies from various institutions, including Scrum.org and Lean Kanban Inc.
