Roy Luria

Roy Luria is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Alegeus. He leads the company’s legal and compliance function, including enterprise risk management and corporate governance. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in providing legal support to international business operations, and expertise in corporate, IPOs, M&A and other complex strategic transactions, Roy most recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cybereason, a high-growth, SaaS cybersecurity solution provider. Prior to Cybereason, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Mavenir, a cloud-native network software provider, and Xura (NASDAQ: MESG until its acquisition by Siris Capital), a telecom solution provider. Roy previously served as Associate General Counsel, Corporate, SEC Reporting and Assistant Secretary at Comverse Technology, Inc., and earlier in his career was a senior associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, a global law firm.
