Nowrin Islam

Nowrin Islam has a diverse work experience in project management and customer success roles. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Design Engineering Intern and later as a Products Design Engineer at Systems Solutions & Development Technologies (SSD-TECH). In 2018, they joined Loosely Coupled Technologies as a Data Analytical Engineer and Customer Success Executive. Nowrin then progressed to become a Project and Customer Success Manager, where they managed technical projects in South East Asia and led a team of developers. In 2019, at the same company, they took on the role of Product and Customer Success Manager, where they successfully developed and launched AI products and led high-revenue projects with clients in South East Asia. Since 2020, Nowrin has worked at Alegion as a Project Manager and now as a Solutions Manager. In these roles, they have managed AI projects for Fortune 500 companies, ensured project success, and contributed to process improvement. Nowrin has a track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and achieving significant revenue outcomes for the projects they manage.

Nowrin Islam completed their high school and college education at Bangladesh International School English Section Jeddah (BISESJ) between the years 2008 and 2013. Nowrin then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Mechatronics Engineering at Monash University Malaysia from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Nowrin received certifications including a Certified Solidworks Associate from VirtualTester Online, Tangix Design & Development AB in June 2016. Nowrin also participated in the Shell Eco Marathon Asia 2016 organized by Shell. Nowrin obtained a Google AdWords certification from Google, although the specific month and year are not provided.
