Sofia Maldonado began their career in accounting as an intern at Ferrero and GE Oil & Gas. They later served as a Junior FP&A at Elasto Ecuador, before advancing to FP&A Senior Analyst at Elasto S.A., where they significantly improved accounting efficiency and accuracy. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as the FP&A and Cost Coordinator at Vicunha Textil, managing financial reports and budget processes. Currently, Sofia is the FP&A Leader at Alegra and pursuing additional education in English and Project Management.
