Alegria GmbH is more than just a restaurant: it is a bridge connecting rich Peruvian culture with Zurich's contemporary gastronomy scene. Founded by a passionate community of food enthusiasts, Alegria combines culinary traditions with innovative gastronomy to introduce authentic Peruvian cuisine to Switzerland.

Located in the heart of Zurich, Alegria provides its guests with an authentic experience where tradition and innovation blend harmoniously. From classic dishes like Ceviche and Lomo Saltado to innovative culinary creations, each meal tells a story of taste, culture, and passion.

Alegria has ambitious growth goals and is currently planning a global franchise expansion supported by strategic partnerships and digital marketing. As part of this vision, Alegria collaborates with Lvdere GmbH to develop innovative solutions for digitalization and automation in gastronomy, including a comprehensive digital training program for employees and integrated customer interaction solutions.

With a strong focus on community and hospitality, Alegria pursues not only culinary excellence but also creates a vibrant meeting point that brings people together. Alegria exemplifies how passion, culture, and technology can collaboratively open new paths for gastronomic success.

Our goal is to make Peruvian cuisine globally accessible and transform our vision into a global franchise network through targeted investments and partnerships. Alegria invites investors, partners, and food enthusiasts to join this journey and together push the boundaries of gastronomy.
