Simone Siman has an extensive background in product development and sourcing within the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at ALEMAIS since August 2025, Simone has also held positions at Showpo and CARLA ZAMPATTI, where Simone transitioned from Product Developer to Head of Sourcing & Product Developer. Prior experience includes roles at Zimmermann, where Simone gained experience in production and design sourcing, and at Primness as a Production Assistant. Additional internships at One Day Bridal and Gary Bigeni further enriched Simone's skills. Simone holds a Bachelor of Fashion Design from TAFE NSW, completed in 2019.
