Basil John

Basil John, MBA, BTech, MRICS, is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 18 years of extensive and diversified experience in the construction industry, particularly in Oman. Basil's career includes roles such as a Quantity Surveyor and Electrical Engineer at Zener Steward Electromechanical LLC and as Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP at ALEMCO, where they managed large-scale MEP projects valued over AED 1 billion. Having also held positions in project management, estimation, and business development, Basil holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and Operations Management from the University of Madras, alongside a B-Tech in Electrical & Electronics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
