Javier Neumann's work experience begins in 1994 at Accenture Argentina, where they worked as a Strategy Manager, specializing in sales and customer relationship management projects in the telecommunications industry. Javier held various positions within Accenture, with clients including Telefónica Empresas Latam, Entel PCS, Iusacell MX, The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, CTI Movil, Siemens, Movicom Bellsouth, Telefónica de Argentina, Telecom Argentina, and Metrogas.

In 2004, Neumann joined Microsoft as the Business Planning Manager, responsible for strategic planning and program management of marketing plan execution. Javier later became the Business Group Lead for Servers & Tools, where they managed a business unit with annual revenue of $36M and developed marketing plans. Neumann then became the Director of the Business Unit for Dynamics (ERP/CRM) in Argentina and Uruguay, where they oversaw business plan definition and marketing plan development.

From 2011 to 2016, Neumann served as the MBS Latam Marketing and Operations Director at Microsoft, responsible for marketing and operations in Latin America. In addition, they held the role of Director of Operations for Dynamics in Latin America during the same period.

In 2014, Neumann also became a Professor at Universidad de San Andrés, teaching a Master's program on Technological Services Management and Telecommunications.

Neumann has also held board member positions in various organizations, including Alephee (YC S21), Perception Ventures, club nautico hacoaj, and Beth - The Jewish School.

Javier Neumann has a diverse education history. Javier began their educational journey at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued an Electronic Engineering degree from 1985 to 1991. Javier successfully graduated with honors during this time. After a brief period, they enrolled in the Universidad de 'San Andrés' to further enhance their knowledge by obtaining a Master's degree in MBA in 1997. Recently, in 2021, Javier attended Y Combinator, where they focused on startup education as a founder. It is worth noting that the specific start and end years for their education at the University of Buenos Aires for their Electronic Engineering degree are not provided.
