Nicolás Carril's work experience begins in 2008 with a role as an Asistente Comercial at HSBC Bank Argentina. Nicolás then worked as an Analista Financiero at Techint Ingeniería y Construcción. Carril also served as an Administrativo Comercial at Fatyc S.R.L. and as an Analista Comercial at YPF S.A. Nicolás joined Microsoft Argentina as a Sales Excellence Analyst - EPG, where they supported the annual planning process and coordinated the monthly projection process. After that, Carril cofounded Aldea.com.ar. Nicolás then worked at Exterran as an Analista de Planificación y Control de Gestión, where they coordinated the annual budgeting process and analyzed business profitability. At Seguros SURA Argentina, they worked as an Analista de Planificación Comercial - Answer | Affinity, providing information on business performance and supporting the sales budgeting process. Carril also held roles at Navent, first as a Regional Operations Specialist - Real Estate and later as a Regional Operations Coordinator - Real Estate. Currently, they are the Regional Strategy & Business Planning Lead at Alephee (YC S21) with a focus on the markets in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico.

Nicolás Carril completed their Maestría en Gestión Estratégica de Marketing Digital y Negocios por Internet at the University of Buenos Aires from 2018 to 2020. This degree focused on areas such as digital marketing and management of digital businesses. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, they obtained their Licenciatura en Administración at the same university. During this period, they focused on subjects related to economic sciences, management, and administration.
