Peter Försth is an M.D. and Ph.D. spine surgeon and currently serves as the Hospital Manager at Elisabethsjukhuset, part of the Aleris group. They have held the position of Head of the spine surgery unit at Uppsala University's Department of Orthopedics from 2016 to 2022 and have worked as a Consultant Spine Surgeon at Stockholm Spine Center from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Peter is the Chair of the Swedish Society of Spinal Surgeons and a member of the national working group for lumbar spine diseases with Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner. Their medical expertise is supported by an MD degree from Uppsala University, obtained in 1994, and extensive experience including roles as a Medical Advisor at Mavera and Löf since 2018 and 2014, respectively.
