Brad Baker

Brad Baker is a seasoned professional in law enforcement and training, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Eagle Shield Consulting Services, LLC since January 2022. Baker also functions as a Contract Instructor for IDS International and Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT), where expertise includes teaching courses on active shooter responses and integrated emergency response. With extensive experience at the Drug Enforcement Administration, Baker held various roles, including Resident Agent in Charge and Supervisory Special Agent, supervising operations and training for law enforcement personnel. Prior to joining the DEA, Baker worked as a Special Agent for the U.S. Customs Service, investigating drug trafficking organizations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southwestern University.
