John Hoffmann

John Hoffmann currently serves as the Emergency Operations Center Manager at NAS Corpus Christi since January 2020. In addition, John serves as an Adjunct Instructor for the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) program, focusing on Active Attack Integrated Response since June 2019, and has been an instructor for the Violence Prevention Agency (VPA) on Active Attacker and Response in Healthcare since September 2017. Prior to these roles, John worked as an Exercise and Training Officer at Coastal Bend Regional Advisory from August 2017 to January 2020, specializing in HPP Training and Exercise and serving as an ICS 300 400 instructor. John’s career in the US Navy from July 1993 to July 2017 includes the role of Master-At-Arms, where responsibilities included Military Police duties, Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, and instruction in small arms and emergency vehicle operations. John is pursuing education at Saint Leo University, attending from 2020 to 2023.
