Steven Doole

Steven Doole has extensive experience in law enforcement and instructional roles, currently serving as a Milo/Simulations Instructor with the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee and as a firearms instructor. Doole's background includes serving as a patrolman and motor officer with the Chelmsford Police Department and working in personal security details since 2017. Additional roles involve team membership with the Greater Lowell Critical Incident Stress Management Team and prior positions in firearms sales and instruction. Doole's education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Sociology, and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Industrial and Economic Security at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, alongside certificates in security management and law enforcement training.
