Will Mercado is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and training. Currently serving as a Security Professional at Dark Arrow since March 2022, Mercado has also held the role of Master Instructor with both the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) since December 2004 and Combined Systems, Inc. since June 2009. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as Corporal with the City of Austin from January 1999 to January 2022, and serving as Regional Director for TTPOA from 2007 to 2014. Will Mercado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
