Scott Napper has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, having held various high-level positions in companies such as Alert Labs Inc., Tamaggo, BlackBerry, and Canadian Solar Solutions Inc. Their roles have included overseeing production, managing global test supply chains, and leading large teams of technicians. Scott's background also includes managing production lines and leading initiatives to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. Scott attended Niagara College from 1991 to 1995.
