Alexandra Border is a seasoned professional in enterprise implementation and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Implementation Manager at AlertMedia since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked at Enboarder as an Implementation Team Lead and continued to expand expertise in implementation and customer management through various roles at AlertMedia and Workrise. With a strong background in sales and training, Alexandra successfully created an SDR Playbook, provided product and sales training, and coached sales representatives at Workrise. Previous experience includes leadership positions at ServiceTitan and Demandforce, where Alexandra excelled in onboarding, call coaching, and managing client relationships. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge.
