Andy Riel

Andy Riel currently serves as Manager of Talent Development and Analytics at AlertMedia since March 2022, previously holding the position of Technical Learning and Development Manager. From January 2016 to March 2022, Riel was the Manager of Training and Education at MEDITECH, leading a team of 11 direct reports while developing training curriculums and tools for staff. Prior to that, Riel worked at MEDITECH from November 2006 to May 2015 as a Senior Application Analyst, managing a team of seven and addressing performance issues in customer software, and as a Senior Application Specialist, supporting over 100 customer hospital accounts and delivering training sessions. Riel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sciences from Bridgewater State University.
