CK Kumar

CK Kumar has been working in the IT industry for over two decades. In 1996, they began their career as a SQL, DBA & Performance Engineer at Wellspring Resources. In 1998, they took on the role of SQL Developer & Healthcare Analyst at Coopers & Lybrand/PWC Kwasha HR Solutions. CK then moved to Strategy.com in 1999 as a SQL Dev, DBA & Performance Engineer. In 2002, they joined AOL as a Business Data Analyst & SQL. In 2004, they were appointed as the Sr. Vice President and Managing Director of CNSI. After that, they joined Cyber Korp in 1996 as a VP. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer of AlertOps, a Major Incident Management and IT Incident Response Platform. CK also serves as an Advisor for Thuvakkam and Tree Foundation.

CK Kumar began their educational journey in 1970, attending Bain School for their elementary education from grades 1 to 5. CK then attended Asan Memorial Sr. Secondary School from 1975 to 1982, where they earned their secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Math, and Accounting. In 1982, CK Kumar began their B.Com at D.G. Vaishnav College, which they completed in 1985. CK then earned a PG in Systems Mgmt from NIIT in 1986-1987. Following this, CK Kumar obtained a PG in Personnel Mgmt, Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work in 1985-1987. In 2015, CK Kumar earned their Master of Arts - MA in CK'storical Studies from the University of Madras, and in 2020 they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution, focusing on Technology and Policy. In 2005, CK Kumar also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
