Biruk Dubale

Biruk Dubale is a highly skilled technology leader and mobile application developer with extensive experience in software engineering, application development, and academic instruction. Currently serving as a Tech Lead and Mobile Application Developer at Alertus Technologies since September 2020, Biruk has previously worked as a Software Engineer at New York eHealth Collaborative, an Assistant Lecturer at Addis Ababa University, and a Senior Software Engineer at Neuronet PLC, where contributions included end-to-end software development and impactful teaching.
