تأسست مجموعة العيسائي القابضة في عام 1945 من قبل مؤسس الأعمال الراحل عمر قاسم العيسائي ، الذي بدأ بتجارة النسيج و بيع الأقمشة  لبناء إمبراطورية تضم أكثر من 65+  شركة تابعة محلية و عالمية.
