Shoga Ogunbona ACII is the Head of Energy Claims at Alesco Risk Management Services, where they serve as a claims advocate and team leader for Energy, Power, and Renewable related placements. Prior to this role, Shoga worked as a Claims Executive - Partner at JLT Specialty, focusing on Onshore Energy claims and acting as the principal contact for Latin America. Shoga began their career at Aon, managing North American Energy Claims, and continued at JLT Risk Solutions as a broker in the Claims Unit. They are currently pursuing an ACII designation at The Chartered Institute of Insurance.
