A leading European manufacturer since 1960 of longitudinally welded carbon steel hollow sections in round, square and rectangular profiles, Alessio Tubi S.p.A. offers one of the broadest product ranges in the industry, with a capacity scalable up to 500,000 tonnes.

The tubes cover a wide range of industrial applications: pressure purposes (EN 10217), water conveyance (EN 10224), oil and gas transport (API 5L) and oil extraction (API 5CT). The range also includes cold-formed structural sections (EN 10219), cold-formed and hot-finished sections (EN 10210), welded tubes for gas, water, plumbing and HVAC systems and sprinklers (EN 10255) and welded precision tubes (EN 10305).

Main sectors of use: construction, mechanical engineering, agriculture, energy, plant engineering, water and gas distribution, pipelines, casing and tubing.

Every stage is fully traceable and customisable to client requirements, with bespoke geometries and tighter tolerances than the standard on inspection testing. The R&D department makes the square and rectangular sections a European benchmark for their exceptionally tight corner radii. The in-house Service Centre carries out operations on the finished product: cut-to-length, knurling and waterborne coating.
