David Freeman

David Freeman has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. David is currently the Head of Banking Operations at Alex Bank since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Suncorp Group from 1997 to 2020, holding various roles including Executive Manager Deposits, Payments & Treasury Services, Executive Manager Banking Services, Senior Manager, Treasury Business Support Services, Manager Financial Reporting & Systems Accounting, Manager, Treasury Operations, Team Leader, Equities, Money Market & Unit Trust Pricing, and Senior Settlements Officer/Settlements Officer roles. Before joining Suncorp Group, they worked at Permanent Trustee Company Ltd from 1994 to 1997 as an Equities Supervisor, Settlements Officer, and Corporate Actions Officer. Additionally, they worked at NAB from 1992 to 1994 as an Operations Officer, International Services Clerk, and Teller.

David Freeman has a Diploma of Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia. David also holds an Associate Diploma of Business from Yeronga TAFE. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate IV Frontline Management from Io Management Consulting in September 2001.
