At Alex & Co. Consulting LLC, we believe that wellness is not a perk — it is the strategy.

Founded by Alejandra Negrete — neuroscience-certified coach, culture strategist, and author of Rooted in Love — we partner with organizations ready to stop managing burnout and start building cultures where people genuinely thrive.

Our work is grounded in the R.I.S.E. Method™ (Regulate · Integrate · Support · Empower) — a neuroscience-based framework that addresses human performance at its root, not its symptoms. We don't offer one-size-fits-all wellness programs. We design systems that align your people strategy with your business outcomes.

We work with companies, HR leaders, executives, and government agencies who are serious about culture — the kind that retains talent, builds resilience, and drives results you can actually measure.

Our services include:
· Culture Health Assessments
· Leadership Coaching & Development
· Team Workshops & Facilitation
· Wellness Program Design & Strategy
· Corporate Keynotes & Speaking
· Bilingual Services (English & Spanish)

When your people are regulated, connected, and supported — performance follows.
