Robert Vipperman

Robert Vipperman, PhD, serves as the Chief People Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Alex Lee, Inc. since May 2008, overseeing HR, corporate strategy, and innovation for the company and its subsidiaries. Vipperman also holds a board member position at Stuller, Inc., North America's largest jewelry wholesaler. Previous roles include Vice President of Transformation at Circuit City and Senior Vice President of Talent and Transformation at The Source by Circuit City. Vipperman has extensive experience in human resources and strategy across various organizations, including Best Buy and RHR International. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategy and Innovation from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Vipperman has an academic background that includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Alabama and executive education from prestigious institutions such as MIT and Stanford.
