Jack Matthews

Jack Matthews has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Jack started their career as a Peer Leader at UC Blue Ash College in 2018. In 2020, they worked as a Sewing Lab Technician at the University of Cincinnati and also gained experience in Photography and Graphics as an intern at Midwest Sports Tennis Outlet. In 2021, they joined Williamsburg Garment Company as a Denim Atelier. Jack then interned at Alex Mill in 2022 and worked their way up to become a Design Assistant in 2023.

Jack Matthews attended UC Blue Ash College from 2017 to 2018, studying Graphic Communications. Jack then transferred to the University of Cincinnati, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from 2018 to 2023. In April 2023, Jack obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati.

In addition to their formal education, Jack also obtained several certifications. In April 2020, they completed the LinkedIn courses "Illustrator for Fashion Design: Advanced Drawing Flats" and "Photoshop for Fashion Design: 1 The Basics." In the same month, they also completed the course "Photoshop for Fashion Design: 2 Rendering Techniques." Furthermore, in September 2021, Jack completed the "Illustrator 2021 Quick Start" course offered by LinkedIn. Lastly, Jack obtained certification in "Photoshop for Fashion: Warping Pattern Fills" in April 2020, also from LinkedIn.
