Currently serving as Digital Manager at Alex Monroe since September 2024, Lucy previously held leadership roles as Senior Product Owner at TUI and Ecommerce Manager at Creed, where a B2C e-commerce launch across Europe was executed. Freelance work began in 2011, focusing on SEO and conversion optimization for various brands. A history of managing digital content for notable companies such as wagamama and Penhaligon's further highlights Lucy's expertise. Additionally, Lucy is the former owner of Lucy Adams Bespoke Shirts and began a career in digital content at Liberty Plc. Academic qualifications include a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Fashion from the University of Hertfordshire, a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design, and a Professional Jewellers’ Diploma.

Alex Monroe
British jewellery designer Alex Monroe grew up in the Suffolk countryside, which has forever shaped the influence and inspiration for his work. His intention was to produce excellent quality jewellery, which was originally designed, hand made and well priced. This was jewellery made to be worn and made to be loved and these values remain unchanged to this day. Alex and his design team create all original Alex Monroe components by hand in sterling silver, allowing them to achieve our signature detail. When our jewellery goes into production, it is still hand-finished by skilled craftspeople in our London workshops and Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. As a brand inspired by nature we are committed to making sure our work has little impact on the environment and its people. We use recycled materials as much as possible including, gold, silver, paper and plastics. Alex’s creations are not designed with high-fashion seasons in mind; our pieces are special and made to last for decades to come.
