ERIC RUSSO

Eric Russo has extensive experience in the fields of economic and financial law, having held significant positions in various prestigious institutions. As Co-Director of Training at Ecole nationale de la Magistrature, Russo contributed to the development of programs focused on techniques and strategies for high-level economic and financial crime investigations. Russo served as Premier Vice-Prosecutor at the Parquet National Financier, overseeing anti-corruption and anti-money laundering investigations. Currently, Russo is a partner at Quinn Emanuel, specializing in business criminal law, investigations, compliance, and litigation, while also teaching international business ethics and regulations at Sciences Po. Russo's previous roles include key positions within the French Ministry of Justice and the Paris General Prosecutor's Office, demonstrating a strong background in legal management and reform. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from Université de Lorraine and completion of advanced studies at the Ecole nationale de la Magistrature and IHEE.
