Jonathan Cooper

Jon Cooper is a partner at Quinn Emanuel’s office in Washington, D.C., where their practice focuses on complex and high-stakes commercial and government-related litigation at both trial and appellate levels. They graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, serving as the Managing Editor of the Harvard Law Review and winning the Ames Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel in 2014, Jon clerked for Chief Judge Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and worked as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
