Kurt Wolfe

Kurt Wolfe is a Partner at Quinn Emanuel, specializing in SEC enforcement defense, with over 15 years of experience representing clients in complex government investigations and litigation matters involving securities fraud and regulatory issues. They previously served as an Investigations and Enforcement Attorney at multiple law firms and co-host the inSecurities podcast, where they discuss contemporary topics in securities law. Currently, Kurt is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Richmond and has contributed articles and commentary to various prominent publications.
