Simran Devgan

Simran Devgan currently serves as Chief of Staff at Alexander Hughes, beginning in October 2025, focusing on practice development in technology, private equity, artificial intelligence, and healthcare within SARC regions, while driving initiatives in thought leadership centered on artificial intelligence and overseeing C-suite hiring mandates and board development. Prior to this role, Simran held positions as a Product Manager and Program Manager at Tata Capital from April 2022 to October 2025, and as a Management Trainee at TATA SONS LIMITED from August 2021 to April 2022. Simran also founded Vidyarthi in May 2020, leading it until August 2021. Educational credentials include a Young India Fellowship in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ashoka University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Economics from Delhi University (2017-2020).
