Adam and Chris first met in Balham in 2010, where they worked together as part of a successful sales team. In 2020, they acquired Aspire Furzedown Ltd and quickly grew it into one of the leading estate agencies in the area.

With long-standing ties to the local community, Alexander Seymour has built trusted relationships with local residents, schools, and businesses. We proudly support and collaborate with schools including Graveney, Penwortham Primary, Furzedown Primary, and Links Primary.
