Louise Pamphilon has extensive experience in diverse leadership roles within commercial and operational management. Serving as Commercial Director at Contacta Systems Ltd from September 2004 to September 2015, and later as Head of Operations at Alexandra Security Limited from February 2016 to October 2024, Louise currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Alexandra Security since September 2024. Prior to these roles, Louise worked in human resources at DaimlerChrysler from 2001 to 2004. Louise holds a BA Hons degree in Personnel Management from the University of Plymouth, earned between 1999 and 2003.
