Nabil Elsayed, EMBA, is the Urea Process and Bagging Manager at AlexFert, where they have amassed over 25 years of experience in urea plant operations, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup processes. Nabil led teams for the startup of both the Stamicarbon urea synthesis plant and granulation plant, contributing significantly to the company's production capabilities. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Alexandria University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
