Ester Codina

Ester Codina currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Women in Manufacturing, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women in the manufacturing sector. In addition, Ester holds the position of President North America and previously served as Senior Vice President for Service and Marine at Alfa Laval since July 2019. Ester's extensive experience also includes a role as Managing Director at Sandvik Coromant, overseeing operations in Mexico, and various senior marketing positions at Sandvik and Venilia SA, where responsibilities ranged from marketing strategy development to sales management. Ester's educational background includes an Executive Education program at London Business School, a Master's degree in Marketing from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Political Communication from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, respectively.
