Gitte Rusbjerg

Gitte Rusbjerg has extensive experience in top management and strategic leadership, currently serving as Managing Director at Alfa Laval Nordic A/S since 2025 and as a Board Member at the same company. Gitte has previously held leadership roles as Market Area Manager and Division Manager for Food & Water Nordic at Alfa Laval, where significant transformations were implemented. Gitte’s background includes roles at Siemens, where they advanced to Head of Vertical Sales, and earlier positions as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at FLSmidth. Gitte completed various studies at Niels Brock and the Engineering College of Copenhagen, laying a strong foundation for their professional achievements.
