Max Bauer has a robust background in labor law and negotiation, having served as an Ombudsman and Labor Law Advisor at Unionen from 2014 to 2017. During their tenure, they conducted over 100 annual negotiations and provided vital assistance to members regarding workplace rights and conditions. They later held the position of Negotiation Manager at Lund University from 2017 to 2020, where they represented the institution in dealings with labor organizations. Currently, Max works as a Senior HR Partner in Compensation & Benefits at Alfa Laval and is pursuing dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business Law at Lund University.
