Sofia Alfons

Sofia Alfons has extensive experience in project management and sustainability reporting, currently serving as the Sustainability Reporting Project Lead at Alfa Laval since February 2007. In addition to this role, Sofia has held positions such as Head of Value Stream for Digital Employee Experience, Manager of the Global HR Tools Centre of Excellence, and Business Project Manager, focusing on HR digitalization and implementing global processes. Prior experience includes IT Project Manager roles for global projects and Systems Developer/Consultant positions at Cybercom Syd Varchar AB, Cybercom, and Varchar, as well as an Amanuens/Teachers assistant role in Lund University's Department of Informatics. Sofia holds an education from Lund University, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2007.
