Dharma Tej is the Head of Business Development at Alfanar, currently focusing on growth and strategy within the company. Previously, Dharma led the Solar Business Development team at Sterling & Wilson Limited, where they delivered over 225 MW of utility-scale solar projects across five states in under 15 months. With over six years of experience in the power industry, Dharma specializes in business development, project finance, and new business incubation, having worked with leading firms such as PwC, IBM, and Wipro EcoEnergy. Dharma holds an MBA in Energy and Environment from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU.
