Jonathan Hales has extensive experience in management and consulting within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and General Manager at AlfaPeople since July 2018, Jonathan previously held key roles at Eclipse, a DXC Technology Company, from June 2010 to June 2018, where responsibilities included Solution Delivery Manager and Principal Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Jonathan’s expertise encompasses supply chain management, sales, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, mining operations, equipment maintenance, and CRM solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in the resource sector, production manager, and general manager across various companies, as well as a background as a plant manager and ERP system subject matter expert. Jonathan's educational background includes studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho and Northern Virginia Community College.
