AlfaSoft srl is a trusted software development and IT services company based in Chisinau/Moldova that serves customers around the world.

Our company is focusing on e-government by providing project management, business process reengineering, software engineering services and packaged software solutions for the legislative, executive and judicial branches of power in the emerging markets. 

Our solutions has recommended also to be ideal for business users, specifically by dramatically reducing the time, cost, and complexity associated with building, deploying, and maintaining the Web applications.   

People
Currently, the company employs over thirteen software programmers and IT professionals. All of them hold advanced degrees in software engineering, computer programming and project management: Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), Microsoft Certified Application Developers (MCAD for Microsoft .NET), Microsoft Certified Solution Developers (MCSD for Microsoft .NET), and Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE); as well as project management (PMP) and  SCRUM Master certifications.  

Since 2005, AlfaSoft has maintained its Microsoft Gold/Silver Certified Partner® status.

Methodology
Our software development methodology is based on IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP)™ with elements of Agile techniques, as well as Business Process Modeling (BPM) techniques.

Quality Assurance
Our quality management system stands on the solid foundation of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI-DEV). In 2008, AlfaSoft has been audited by the European Software Institute (ESI) and awarded the IT-Mark certificate (equivalent to CMMI Level 2).
