Bert Droppers

Bert Droppers is an experienced executive with a strong background in project management and services, currently serving as Director Projects & Services at Alfen since November 2025. Prior roles include Co-Chief Executive Officer at Brinkmann & Niemeijer B.V. and Vice President and General Manager at ROSEN from July 2016 to June 2024. Bert has also held various leadership positions at Eaton, including Director of Marketing & Services, General Manager of Projects & Solutions, and Manager of International Sales. Earlier career experiences include Area Manager for the Middle East at Holec Holland NV and Account Manager and Project Manager at Holec Middenspanning BV. Bert holds a Master’s degree in General Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
