Frédéric FAURE

Frédéric FAURE has held a variety of roles in the food industry since 1999. Frédéric began their career at Lucas Meyer France as a Plant Manager and Process Development Engineer. In 2005, they moved to DEGUSSA TEXTURANT SYSTEMS FRANCE SAS, where they served as Site Operation Manager and Deputy Plant Manager. In 2007, they joined Cargill, where they held the roles of Product Line Management Carrageenan/Alginate/Xanthan and Scleroglucan, Strategic Operation Project Manager, and Project Manager. In 2016, they became the CEO/Directeur Général and Business Development Director of ALGAIA.

Frédéric FAURE attended ENSTBB Bordeaux INP for their education.
