Billy Gray

Billy Gray has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Billy started their career in 2015 as a Senior Sales Consultant at Bensons for Beds, where they excelled in a high-pressure sales role. Billy then worked as a Sales Administrator at Imagin Products Ltd in 2018. In the same year, Billy founded their own company called Nocturnal. In 2019, they joined Fife Council as part of the Facilities Management team, where they played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of Council employees. In 2021, they joined Monzo Bank as a Dispute Specialist, handling card payment disputes and providing excellent customer service. Billy also worked in Customer Operations, handling various customer queries and assessing risks. Currently, Billy is working at Algbra, where they contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes while providing support to customers.

Billy Gray attended Fife College from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a National Certificate in Media. After that, it is unknown when they started and completed their Modern Apprenticeship in Retail Skills at First4Skills. In January 2020, they obtained a First Aid certification from Fife Council.
