Marcin Jedyk

Marcin Jedyk has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2021. Marcin began their career as a Team Lead at Stagecoach Group plc, followed by roles as a DevOps Engineer at MoneySuperMarket.com and Cake Solutions Ltd. Marcin then worked as a DevOps Engineer at Cambridge University Press and Velocix. From 2018 to 2019, Marcin held the position of Platform Engineer/DevOps at Leading Fintech Consultancy, focusing on AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Cassandra. Marcin went on to serve as a DevOps Engineer Consultant (Kubernetes) at Worldpay. Subsequently, Marcin co-founded DataCentric.AI in 2019. Currently, they are employed as the Platform Engineer Lead at algbra. Additionally, Marcin has extensive experience as a Director at Resilient Data Systems Ltd, where they specialized in product development, software development processes, high availability and resilience, infrastructure automation, security, machine learning, and algorithmic trading. Marcin possesses a wide range of skills, including Agile Java development, various frameworks and technologies, software testing, data processing, and infrastructure management.

Marcin Jedyk completed their MSc in Computer Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued their MSc/Magister inż. in Software Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2005 and 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marcin Jedyk obtained several certifications. Marcin received a certificate in "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) in November 2017. Marcin also earned a certification in "Machine Learning" from Coursera in December 2014. Furthermore, they hold a "Certificate In Business Accounting" from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, which they achieved in July 2012. Marcin Jedyk is also a "Certified Scrum Master" certified by Scrum Alliance, an accreditation they obtained in March 2012. Additionally, they achieved the "SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer)" certification from Sun Microsystems in May 2008.
