Matthieu Lebleu is currently the Director of ESAT Didier Baron at ALGED, where they oversee the support of 180 workers with disabilities. They have a comprehensive background in engineering and management, having held various roles in the food industry for 15 years before dedicating their career to supporting individuals with disabilities in 2011. Matthieu previously directed ESAT Jacques Chavent, successfully implementing inclusive initiatives and managing significant projects at Adapei de l'Ardèche. They hold a Master's degree in Social Action Structure Management from KEDGE Business School and multiple engineering degrees from ISA Lille.
