Saqib Javed is a seasoned professional in operations and human resource management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Country Operations Manager at ALGI since May 2012, Saqib is responsible for social and customer audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 17020 standards in Pakistan and the UAE. Previous roles include Group Manager HR/Admin/Compliance & QMR at Unicon International, where Saqib established ISO 9001 systems and developed a comprehensive Human Resource Management System, and Manager HR & Social Compliance at Afroze Textiles Industries Pvt. Ltd., focusing on WRAP compliance and compensation analysis. Saqib began career as Assistant Manager Human Resource & Social Compliance/QMS at Friends Exports Pvt. Ltd., emphasizing policy development and performance improvement. Saqib holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Karachi University.
