Gary Guieser

Gary Guieser has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Gary has served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of LifePlans, Inc., a market leading US subsidiary of Munich Reinsurance. In this role, Gary was responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, board and investor relations, legal and regulatory affairs, marketing, client relations, IT provider/vendor management, product innovation, training, HR, administration, and M&A coordination.

Under Gary's leadership, LifePlans successfully launched new healthcare products and markets, increased member engagement rates by 35%, and improved health outcomes scores by double-digits. In addition, Gary led the digital transformation of in-home assessment and care management services, closed underperforming business units, and implemented numerous productivity measures improving data capture integrity, slashing operating unit cost by 25% and increasing service turnaround times over 50%.

Most recently, Gary has been serving as an Advisor at Algorithmic Intuition. In this role, they are responsible for helping the company create algorithms that accurately predict human behavior.

Gary Guieser's educational career consists of a BA in Political Science and Public Policy from Bethany College.
