AlgoKart is building a risk-governed algorithmic trading infrastructure designed to protect retail investors from capital destruction.

Across markets, most retail participants do not fail because of poor strategies they fail due to weak risk control, emotional execution, and the absence of disciplined systems. Existing platforms rely on alerts and soft limits that users override in critical moments, leading to large and often irreversible losses.

AlgoKart solves this at the system level.

We are developing a risk-first execution framework with non-overrideable controls such as drawdown protection, capital exposure limits, automated kill-switches, and rule-based execution discipline — ensuring users trade within defined risk boundaries.

Our approach shifts retail trading from speculation-driven behavior to structured, system-governed participation.

AlgoKart is incubated at Bhamashah Techno Hub (Government of Rajasthan) and LNMIIT Innovation & Incubation Ecosystem.

We are building towards becoming the foundational infrastructure layer for disciplined, algorithmic participation in financial markets.
