Brad Marshall

Brad Marshall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as Senior GTM Compensation Manager at Algolia since May 2021, Brad has held various roles including GTM Compensation Manager and Financial Analyst within the same company. Prior to Algolia, experience includes roles as Payroll Manager & Financial Analyst at Alfresco from May 2015 to April 2021, and Human Resources Manager at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, IXL Learning, and Zazzle in the preceding years. Brad began a career in human resources as a Corporate Compensation Intern at Shaw Industries. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with double majors in Psychology (I/O Focus) and Political Science (Theory Focus) from Tulane University and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Dalton High School.
